Privacy policy

Who we are
Hermes Placar is a private tool used only by the owner of the Hermes YouTube channels to see the statistics of their own channels. Contact: hermes.canais@gmail.com.
What Google data we access
When the channel owner signs in with Google, Hermes Placar asks only for these read-only permissions:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly— to read the channel's public details and its videos (titles, publish dates, durations, views, likes, comment counts).https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly— to read the channel's YouTube Analytics reports (daily views, watch time, subscribers gained and lost, traffic sources).
It cannot upload, change, delete or comment on anything.
How we use it
The numbers are used only to show the owner a dashboard of their own channels. They are not used for advertising, are not sold, are not shared with anyone and are not used to train any AI or machine learning model.
Where it is stored
Everything stays on the owner's own computer: the numbers in a local database, and the sign-in keys in a private folder that only the owner's account can read. Nothing is sent to any server of ours or to third parties. Data from Google is requested only over Google's encrypted connections.
Keeping and deleting
The statistics are kept while the dashboard is in use. The owner can delete them at any time by deleting the local database, and can remove Hermes Placar's access to their Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; the sign-in keys stop working right away.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Hermes Placar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It also uses YouTube API Services: see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
